The grant covers the full cost of the retreat programming, lodging, and meals. Participants are responsible for:
- Airfare: To San Jose (SJC) or San Francisco (SFO) airport.
- Ground Transportation: To/from the airport. Ride-sharing services (Lyft/Uber) cost approximately $100 one-way. We will help coordinate ride-shares to minimize your expense.

Lodging and Meals
Accommodations: Enjoy beautiful, hotel-like double occupancy dorm housing (two full beds, shared bath). This intentional design choice helps keep the core experience affordable. Rooms are comfortable and offer amazing views of the campus and surrounding forest.
- Roommate Policy: You may identify a preferred roommate, or we will assist with attentive, preference-based matching.
- Single Occupancy: A single occupancy room is available at an additional cost. Please email us for details.
Meals: Be nourished by incredible, thoughtfully planned, garden-fresh meals from a scratch kitchen. All dietary needs and allergies are addressed.
Amenities: An all-day snack and coffee bar is inclusive of the experience (beer/wine available for purchase).
